Your dashboard

Everything you made in the Pixx apps on one page — projects and shared assets, your plan and storage by app, and the time you spend in each app.

#What the dashboard shows

Your dashboard lives at pixxsuite.com/dashboard/. Open it from Dashboard in the menu at the top of pixxsuite.com (it appears once you're signed in), from Open dashboard in Your Library, or from the link under your storage bar in the account window of any app.

It has three parts:

PartWhat you find there
My workEvery cloud project from every app, and every shared asset in your Library, with search, filters, sorting and multi-select delete
Plan & storageYour plan and its renewal or trial date, how much storage you use, which apps use the most, and your largest items
ActivityHow much time you spend in each app, per day and per app, your streak, and how often you save to the cloud

Only you can see your dashboard.

#My work

My work has two tabs:

  • Projects (per app) — each app's own editable files, in that app's format, with their last versions. Only the app that made a project opens it.
  • Shared assets — the hand-offs between apps that you made with Send to App or Save to my Pixx library: images, frames, sprite sheets, palettes, sounds, fonts and more. Any app that accepts that kind of item opens it.

Both count toward your plan's storage. See Cloud projects and your Library for more about the difference.

#How to find something

  1. Type part of its name, or the app's name, in the search box.
  2. Narrow it down with All apps (on Projects) or All kinds (on Shared assets).
  3. Choose an order: Newest first, Oldest first, Name A–Z, Largest first or, for projects, Most versions.

#How to open a project or an asset

  • On a project, click Open in and the app's name. The app opens signed in, with the project loaded.
  • On a shared asset, click Open in… and pick one of the apps that can open that kind of item.

#How to delete several things at once

  1. Click Select above the cards.
  2. Click the cards you want to delete. Hold Shift to select a whole run.
  3. Click Delete and confirm.

Deleted items disappear from your Pixx cloud on every device. Copies already saved on a device stay there.

#Plan & storage

The storage bar shows how much of your plan's storage you use. Storage by app shows which apps take the most space, and Largest items lists the biggest projects and assets.

To change your plan or the apps in it, click Manage plan. It opens My Plan on your account page.

#Activity

While you're signed in, each app counts the minutes it is open in front of you and in use. Time counts only when you've used the app in the last minute, and never while the app is in the background. The dashboard then shows:

  • This week and Last 30 days: your total time in the apps.
  • Streak: how many days in a row you've used an app.
  • Most used: the app you've spent the most time in over the last 30 days.
  • Time per day, Time per app and Cloud saves per week: charts you can hover or tap for exact numbers. Click Table above a chart to see the same numbers as a table.

Time shows up a few minutes after you use an app. Time spent offline is sent the next time you're online, as long as it was in the last week.

#How to turn time tracking off

Switch off Track my time in the apps at the top of Activity. The apps stop counting on every device, and the switch stays off until you turn it back on.

#How to clear your activity history

Click Clear history and confirm. This deletes your time and save counts. Your work is not affected.

#Troubleshooting

  • The dashboard asks me to sign in. It shows your own work, so it needs your Pixx account. Click Sign in.
  • My time isn't showing. Make sure you're signed in in the app and that Track my time in the apps is on. Time arrives within about five minutes, or as soon as you switch away from the app's tab.
  • A project is missing. Only work saved to the cloud appears here. In the app, use Cloud → Save to cloud, then click Refresh on the dashboard.
