Terms of Service

1. The Service
The Pixx Suite is a set of browser-based pixel-art tools with an optional free account for cloud sync between your devices. The apps work without an account. Features may change, and we may add, alter or retire apps or features over time.
2. Your account
- You must give a real email address you control and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least [13 / 16] years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to create an account.
- You may delete your account at any time from the account dialog in any Pixx app.
3. Your work belongs to you
You keep all rights to the art, animations, fonts, palettes and other content you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, back up, sync and display Your Content back to you across your devices so we can provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it for anything else.
4. Content that comes with the apps
Sample art, presets, palettes and templates included in the apps are provided for you to use in your own projects, including commercial ones, unless a specific item says otherwise. Some built-in palettes are collected from public sources and remain credited to their authors. 5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to store or share content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or is malicious; do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other people's accounts; do not use automated means to create accounts or abuse sign-in, email or storage limits.
6. Storage limits
Free accounts include [200 MB] of cloud storage shared by all Pixx apps, a per-project size limit of [50 MB] and the last 10 versions of each project. We may change these limits with notice.
7. Availability and backups
We work to keep the Service available and your synced work safe, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Keep your own copies of important work (every app can export your files). We are not liable for lost data except as required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
